Perhaps this isn’t entirely a revolutionary concept, and yet, we have found that employees are often asked to thrive in climates that are a little, hmmm, un-thrivey.

Our Approach

To transform well-being at each level of the organization, we provide a “one stop shop” of award winning facilitators that deliver keynotes, workshops, and integrative coaching into one juicy learning track. Learning tracks allow us spread big ideas throughout the culture as a whole because, as they say, Rome wasn’t built in a 60-minute webinar.

Rather than one and done workshops, we prefer long-term relationships since deep learning can rarely be accomplished in a single keynote or workshop, however inspirational. To launch firms towards a sustainable process of working well, we ask our partners to commit to a 3-stage learning track that is intended to influence the health of the system by nourishing the hearts and minds of the employees within them.

  • Keynotes

    Keynotes allow an outstanding speaker to present a transformational idea to the entire organization. We believe that if we are all working from a shared understanding, there is greater alignment in how we all seek to work together toward a desired outcome and impact.

  • Workshops

    Workshops enable highly skilled facilitators to engage with leaders and their teams to translate big ideas into practice. These workshops are gritty, practically oriented, and allow for space for the difficult conversations needed to understand the barriers to wellbeing and to repair past transgressions in order to move forward. 

  • Integrative Coaching

    Integrative coaching interviews key employees to learn about what psychosocial barriers undermine psychological health and safety and offers coaching to leadership in order to practically apply the ideas from the learning track back to the realities of the workplace.
